Thanks to all that voted for the Leisure Soiciety – they won Record of the Week and the song has been played every day on the Radcliffe & Maconie show on Radio 2 this week. They are playing next Saturday the 29th at the Willkommen Records showcase night at the Sanctuary Cafe in Brighton, along with Richard Dawson, Laish and Rowan Coupland – come along!

The Leisure Society’s new single ‘The Last of the Melting Snow’ will be available through iTunes, Napster and more on December 15th.

Zane Lowe has already played the track on his Radio 1 show, tonight Mark Radcliffe will be playing the song on his Radcliffe & Maconie show as part of the Pick ‘n’ Mix feature.

Basically the song will be played alongside a few other new tracks and listeners have to vote for their favourite. The winning song becomes next’s weeks Record of the Week.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our label showcase at Notting Hill Arts Club on Saturday, it was a great success.
